GBUpdate to my original review. Update to my original review.. After attempts to get foreign transaction fee issued addressed. Life Sprout Bioceuticals did promptly credit my charge account the fee. It is something I hope they can address moving forward to avoid having to occur. I do like the product and last time I used the VisionX20, I did find great improvement in my eye strain and better clarity.

GBNOOOOOO GUARANTEE, REFUND ON PRODUCT..... This NURSE and Healing Touch Practitioner purchased AudioLog ear drops August 2019. First instillation, they hurt (felt like inner ear was burning) and decided to package and return. Called to inquire why NO CREDIT and was transferred from Customer Service Agent to Manager (?) on FIVE DIFFERENT DATES, many contradicting what others had advised and the eventual Manager (?) directing me to call back AFTER CHRISTMAS as he was immediately directing his team to, "Take care of this matter." READ the GUARANTEE VERY CAREFULLY as, in MY CASE, I NEVER RECEIVED ONE! This was the FIRST TIME in 5 decades of business with healthcare products I have been LIED TO, MISTREATED with NO REFUND. GBI SENT AN EMAIL ABOUT THIS PRODUCT AND… I SENT AN EMAIL ABOUT THIS PRODUCT AND TOLD THEM I PUT THE RECCOMENDED DROPS IN MY EAR AND IT BURNED AND HURT THEN I GOT VERY DIZZY AND GOT VERY SICK AT MY STOMACH I CAN'T USE THIS AND WISH TO RETURN FOR REFUND PLEASE THANKS ED

GBI already sent an invoice I already sent an invoice. But i was highly displeased because the staff had no recollection of thier order and said it wasnt in the system when i have a copy of my order on my cell phone. I was supposed to recieve it today. WERE IS IT!!!!
