Wonderful piano program Humorous (especially the closing puppet shoes) . . . this aspect has really kept my children's attention. The fact that they are practicing songs right away and can perform them in front of their peers has been a big plus for this program. Definitely worth the money, and the time saved being able to do the classes on our schedule either at home or at my job has been priceless.

Above average piano lessons We have been using Hoffman Academy for three years now. Last year, we purchased the Lifetime membership for both of our children because we love it so much. The lessons are engaging and organized perfectly. They are very advanced compared to others that take in person piano lessons in our area! We are very impressed.

Wonderful musicality and piano training My 8 year old just started Unit 2. I am so thrilled with the musicality, confidence, creativity, and carefully crafted step-by-step technique that she is soaking up. She has learned to play her songs confidently in multiple keys and in multiple ways, picks out simple melodies by ear, and is enjoying improvising and composing her own songs. She is always excited to practice, and Mr. Hoffman's puppet shows at the end of every lesson are amazing and so motivating :)

Honestly the best online piano tuition Honestly the best online piano tuition! My children started using Hoffman Academy 6 years ago and still love it. They have learned so much, and no naturally that they don't even realise it is homework. They not only know how to read music now, but also have a deep understanding of musical terminology and technique and no fear of 'the black notes'. They can change the key for many of their songs and love the original songs that Mr Hoffman uses.

I paid for Premium Access, but got none. I paid for Premium Access. There was no change. I went circles logging out and back in, trying to select my student so he could access the premium features. Nothing worked. So, I couldn't help but be angry that I paid for what is supposed to be instant access, and I have no access. Not only that, but that want me to wait a day to get any customer support? Possibly 3 days if they deem it "complicated". I finally just canceled the subscription and am doing a stop payment. This is unacceptable. When you don't get what you paid for, it becomes a scam. I would be wary of this company, and wary of entering any payment information.
