Highly recommend this program! My 9 year old has been using Hoffman Academy for almost a year and he loves the small videos at the end of each lesson. The lessons are perfectly sized and move at at a great pace. Mr. Hoffman's personality is wonderful for kids and adults alike and the materials help solidify learned knowledge. He and I both love the games!

Simply the best I've tried about half a dozen of the most popular online piano-learning platforms. I found them all useful, but none of them comes close to offering the all round instruction of the Hoffman Academy. The depth, detail, and comprehensiveness of the lessons, the graduated step-by-step learning, and the playful instruction sets the Hoffman Academy apart from everything else I've tried. In all honesty, five stars is not enough! P.S. Although HA is geared towards kids, I found it perfectly suited to my needs as an adult learner.

Wonderful piano program Humorous (especially the closing puppet shoes) . . . this aspect has really kept my children's attention. The fact that they are practicing songs right away and can perform them in front of their peers has been a big plus for this program. Definitely worth the money, and the time saved being able to do the classes on our schedule either at home or at my job has been priceless.

I paid for Premium Access, but got none. I paid for Premium Access. There was no change. I went circles logging out and back in, trying to select my student so he could access the premium features. Nothing worked. So, I couldn't help but be angry that I paid for what is supposed to be instant access, and I have no access. Not only that, but that want me to wait a day to get any customer support? Possibly 3 days if they deem it "complicated". I finally just canceled the subscription and am doing a stop payment. This is unacceptable. When you don't get what you paid for, it becomes a scam. I would be wary of this company, and wary of entering any payment information.

Wonderful musicality and piano training My 8 year old just started Unit 2. I am so thrilled with the musicality, confidence, creativity, and carefully crafted step-by-step technique that she is soaking up. She has learned to play her songs confidently in multiple keys and in multiple ways, picks out simple melodies by ear, and is enjoying improvising and composing her own songs. She is always excited to practice, and Mr. Hoffman's puppet shows at the end of every lesson are amazing and so motivating :)
