Double bass workout Really found this challenging and effective especially the heel down exercises. My discomfort subsided after 3 days.

Reasonable price Reasonable price , download and print were easy. Not complicated at all. Sheet music was my level of playing the drum. I learned a lot from teacher Wei Lung Wong technique, he is a good teacher.
