Such a personable experience! Honestly, the fact that Soma herself is giving the classes and interacting makes this workshop that much more real and worthwhile! I love that she asks questions, challenges us to dig deep within ourselves to try to understand the reasons as to why we are here, why we love acting, why we chose this career path. I loved this class and I'm so looking forward to all the classes going forward for the rest of the year! I am looking forward to not only learning a plethora of amazing information, but also to put it to practice!

Having Soma as my acting coach Soma is so beyond helpful and understanding not only has she been super flexible with my difficult school schedule I’ve had but she has been giving me nothing but support, love and all around inspirational teacher to me. Just by watching her videos I was able to grow my acting techniques and learning new skills (i.e. crying on demand). This was a big milestone for me because it means I am learning to really get in touch with my emotions and using imagery in my head and creating real emotions through expressions. Acting is hard work but determination is so important and finding a good teacher too. I honestly could not have asked for a better teacher, I’m beyond grateful I found her. Before soma, acting was just a dream. But with her by my side as my teacher I know it won’t be just dream, it will become a reality for me.

Always Inspired I feel like the dedication and effort from the team is what keeps me inspired. I have a dream, and Soma and the teachers are always there to give that support and encouragement. I know this is where I'm meant to be! <3

actor academy is the best acting school out there actor academy is the best acting program out there. i have been in the program for a few months now and i have learnt so much. i can't wait to land my first role in a few months!

I love how personal it is I love how personal it is. Soma really cares about her students and is ready to help at any time of the day. And it is actually fun!!!
