Our sessions and classes have felt just as much like therapy for actors as well as extremely helpful classes. Having Soma as my acting coach Soma is so beyond helpful and understanding not only has she been super flexible with my difficult school schedule I’ve had but she has been giving me nothing but support, love and all around inspirational teacher to me. Just by watching her videos I was able to grow my acting techniques and learning new skills (i.e. crying on demand). This was a big milestone for me because it means I am learning to really get in touch with my emotions and using imagery in my head and creating real emotions through expressions. Acting is hard work but determination is so important and finding a good teacher too. I honestly could not have asked for a better teacher, I’m beyond grateful I found her. Before soma, acting was just a dream. But with her by my side as my teacher I know it won’t be just dream, it will become a reality for me.
