The number on thing I look for in a course is whether or not I like the actual music the composer is teaching me how to make. In the case of Modern Media Composer, the music is exceptional and extremely relevant for todays composing marketplace. The video production is top notch, the teaching is clear and concise, and the amount of content is vast. I would give this course my highest recommendation. 12 out of 10!

My Favorite Music Production Course With a plethora of music composing courses available online, this one stood out above many other ones for two reasons. Firstly, the wealth of knowledge and experience that Jonas has conveyed through his many Youtube videos and his empathy for helping musicians like myself resonated with me. The second reason is that this course filled a gap in solving a major issue that no other online course offered. This course solves the problem of how to effectively use any DAW using samples for high caliber orchestrations. Jonas demonstrated some of the secrets to effectively using modulation, expression and breath continuous controllers for realistic sounding orchestration. Jonas also demonstrated how to create the right emotion, timing music for film as well as a host of many other tips for adding music to film. The course is well structured and Jonas' ability to easily explain concepts within the course is great. The course in itself has helped me transform my music production quality. Kudos to Jonas and Modern Media Composer.

Great course even for experienced composers... I've been a songwriter and producer for over 20 years, and wanted to get a little deeper into how to make my orchestral mock ups sound better. Highly Recommend Jonas is the best, and I jumped at the opportunity to get this course as soon as it became available. His YouTube channel is some of the most well produced content out there. The template alone is worth it. This is a great course for young composers, as well as experienced composers who will pick up some interesting workflow tips.
