SCAM -I was charged 4 times for a monthly… I was charged 4 times for a monthly subscription in less than two weeks, no response from customer support. Watch out, this is a defunct scam Edit. I was refunded 3 of the payments after Revolut intervened. I would only use a card that you can freeze or block. Also the service is not good for 25 key keyboards

A warning from an original backer... I backed the original Pianu Kickstarter back in 2015/2016. Since then, the creator of Pianu has taken the $59k raised, and not provided a service or product to most of the near 1,000 customers that pre-ordered. The concept of the product is great, but I wouldn't trust them with your money, especially as a subscription service.

It's a scam It's a scam! I can't login and password reset gives "critical errror". They took money from me two days ago and again today! But there's no way to stop it other than getting a new card. Don't let them scam you.
