Not a company to be trusted I put in 2 orders, Neither appeared. Eventually after chasing they told me they had been cancelled and I had been refunded. No reason given. However, this was in Sept and despite chasing I have still not received a refund. Communication is appalling. I have now asked PayPal to deal with it.

Swift, Reliable Service and a High Quality Herbal Tincture My experience of Nutriherbs is 100% positive. I ordered some alcohol free myrrh tincture on Tuesday, it was posted on Wednesday and I received it by signed for Royal Mail on Saturday. Nutriherb’s communication was faultless. I was emailed when I placed the order and again when they had sent it. The tincture came very well packaged and in a brown glass bottle - no plastic junk from this company. I’m very pleased to have found alcohol free high quality tinctures and will be ordering more as and when needed. Based on my experience, I can recommend this company. Thank you.

Amazing company! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!! I have been using this company since it was ‘Mountain Fresh’. I have looked at former companies reviews and they are fantastic! Their customer service has improved over the last couple of months. I received an email that clearly went to all their customers that the founder of the company had died very recently and this took a massive hint. I would not go anywhere else for my herbs, the quantity is amazing! Worth every penny!

This company used to be called Mountain… This company used to be called Mountain Fresh, and my review is really based on experience with Mountain Fresh. Also, this company is the one based in Spain now but whose website is nutriherbs.co.uk (There is a company with a similar name in India - confusing I know!) My experiences with this company are very good. The reason I dropped a star (almost deserves to drop 2 stars for this reason!) is the simply TERRIBLE website. It appears to be secure but it is SO SLOW!! They must lose a lot of customers this way. The new website under the Nutriherbs name is just the same as the old Mountain Fresh website. Terrible! It's not only slow but the search function is not very good either, and again, they must lose a lot of customers because the search tends to say they don't have a herb which in fact they do have! Mountain Fresh sell a lot of herbs you can't get easily, though they say they have reduced their stock levels temporarily. I have always found their products to be excellent. They tend to do single herbs which they put in capsules with no fillers, or you can get tinctures etc. I don't always like the individual herbs just put in capsules if it is a product like a medicinal mushroom, which usually needs to be extracted in water or alcohol or a mixture, so I don't buy those products from them. Their customer service is incredibly helpful when you email them. I was once disappointed that they only did high dose Ashwaghanda, but when I emailed them, they put themselves out to do capsules with a lower dose. This is not something you would find a more commercial company doing. From my personal experience, I reccommend them highly. When you get these hand filled capsules the first time, you wonder if they are genuine! However, I no longer have any doubts about their purity and authenticity. You won't be able to order in a jiffy though - you have to set aside some time - get yourself a cup of tea and be prepared to wait! I find it is worth it though.
