GBSwift, Reliable Service and a High Quality Herbal Tincture My experience of Nutriherbs is 100% positive. I ordered some alcohol free myrrh tincture on Tuesday, it was posted on Wednesday and I received it by signed for Royal Mail on Saturday. Nutriherb’s communication was faultless. I was emailed when I placed the order and again when they had sent it. The tincture came very well packaged and in a brown glass bottle - no plastic junk from this company. I’m very pleased to have found alcohol free high quality tinctures and will be ordering more as and when needed. Based on my experience, I can recommend this company. Thank you.

GBResponsive customer service Unfortunately due to the pandemic, orders (via Royal Mail delivery) took longer than usual. However this is obviously no fault of Nutriherbs. As a gesture of goodwill, Nutriherbs sent out two packages which arrived this afternoon. All phone calls and emails were answered to in reasonable time frame too. Over well happy with the process

GBSome of the herbs on this website are… Some of the herbs on this website are impossible to find anywhere else. There is only an issue with the website. There are no pictures or a clear description added. The name of the products appear only in the popular terms in English and there aren't used any Latin nominations. As well they are a bit slow with the delivering. Otherwise I would highly recommend this business

GBSecond time i have ordered from them… Second time i have ordered from them and have got the same service, long reply's and slow delivery, although this time i paid for next day delivery and it still took 5-6 days. A bit of a joke to say next day delivery service and u receive it 5- 6 days later, what if i had really needed it for something, never again!

GBNot a company to be trusted I put in 2 orders, Neither appeared. Eventually after chasing they told me they had been cancelled and I had been refunded. No reason given. However, this was in Sept and despite chasing I have still not received a refund. Communication is appalling. I have now asked PayPal to deal with it.
