I wouldn't say I had any negative experiences, but neither were they particulalry impressive. In all casess, the products were ok; nothing to get excited about, but nothing to quarm about. My interactions with customer service weren't noticabley good or bad. All in all, they were just middlin'. Since the offerring was only bydinary, I didn't feel compelled to return too often. I didn't get the impession that I was nissing out if I didn't keep buying. All in all a ok, run-of-the-mill experience.
