The website looks okay but there wasn't anything that made it particularly special. Customer service was helpful but averqge. They were quick to respond but couldn't really help me much. Overall, nothing to write home about and the mediocre drips through the entire experience. I wouldn't particullarly reccomend it and I'm not sure I'd use them again.

They tried to poison me because I didn't leave a good enough review. One Star, I'd give 0 but then there is no option. Got whatever they sent was floral terpenes. Just left a review saying I was happy with the REAL CDT TERPENES and I guess the review wasn't good enough cause the stuff they sent is so nasty it makes me sick. That was one of em, the second terpene syringe was instead of myrcene it was like a red hot candy taste. Instead of a slight peppery taste? No, burning like someone maced me. This was intended to hurt me, not just a simple mistake. Not sure why as I am a decent customer with no issues until this. Bait and switch, steer clear. Just think, they were able to advertise when it was illegal to do so. They have to be criminals in order to get their product listed so fast.

Bull crap mailing. GL F these guys they held my package and cash for 5 days when i asked them if they arent going to send my package they should give me my money back so they held on to the package and waited for me to confirm if i still wanted the product, before they sent my cash back. Didnt mail the product so i sat there for 5 days waiting for a update on the package or my cash they stated they left an email with a confirmation i left a an angry email stating all of my past emails it doesn't look like i want either. mad genius barley refunded me. thanks rebbecca! robo beezy.

Order #62567 was placed on July 3 UPDATE* After 17 messages 12 days of going back and forth I got a partial refund not sure y it took that long also when you get a good batch it is worth the money especially when they have a sale but for a bad batch make sure you get taken care of. I changed from 1 star to 4 since they did fix this problem would of gave them 5 but they forgot to give me a refund on the bad terpenes but im so over it idc anymore also took way to long to fix it they say they hired new CS so Ill forgive them. *ORGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW*= Order #62567 was placed on July 3, 2023 didn't get it until the 11th I chose 2 day shipping first issue 2nd biggest issue I got 100g of cbd after I was happy with the quality of the 28g I got previously from them and just as people stated here bait and switch. not only was the quality unusable for vape but around 1/7th of the cbd was missing didn't notice this until my 3rd order another 100g of cbd. so they will not work with me they will only take a return and not a partial refund even tho at this point I have spent over 500 dollars on there website in 1 month this is my 4th order 3rd on this account and my 2nd order on this account. They took 11 days all to just tell me they will give me 30 percent off on my next order when i already have an order after the problem order so i ask can i get a partial refund on that then and they said no. they really seem to not want to stay in business and I pray I do not have perm lung damage from this tainted cbd instead of returning it maybe I should pay to get it lab tested and start a lawsuit as my lungs have not recovered and they don't care about me at all. stay away from this company please! also check my profile picture for the cbd difference same company same product ordered within a 2 week period of each other inconsistent and bad customer service.
