Forest Trail Academy offers an asynchronous and self-paced program. You are in control of your studies and you can access your classes anytime, anywhere as long as you have an internet connection. Our 11th grade son is attaining… Our 11th grade son is attaining academic success at FTA. The teachers and staff are personal, caring and supportive. FTA is helping our son learn, excel and grow. The curriculum is challenging and the feedback from each teacher on assignments, projects, quizzes and tests is WONDERFUL!! Thank You, FTA, it's the perfect fit for our son!!

I have absolutely NO insight into my… I have absolutely NO insight into my child's work at all. I get an email every time he finishes an assignment, which is fine, but I cannot look at the essays he writes or find a list of work that is due and turned in or not turned in. I have used other parent portals that give a dashboard with all the critical academic info necessary for a parent to gauge how their child is doing and where they may need assistance. I would like to see a little more effort go into transparency for parents. My son recently wrote and essay that I would really like to read, but I am unable unless I am not using the website correctly...

The overall experience of 4 years was… The overall experience of 4 years was very good. Every time I reached out for help, reply was given immediately with the perfect solution. There was a lot of independent learning with a very well devised program. I am very happy that my son was a part of forest trail academy
