This company is a fraud!! This company is a fraud!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I ordered bottles at $39.95 a bottle with buy 3 and get 3 free. The cost should have been 119.99 but they charged me double!! The phone number does not go through and even though I refused the package they sent, they REFUSE to refund my money, since due to a lack of communication and action from them, I opened a fraud case with my credit card company. They found out about the fraud claim and cancelled my account and told me they will not refund my money. This is a fraud company and only want to rip people off. They need to be shut down!!

This is absolute garbage and the company is COMPLETELY misleading This is absolute garbage. Nothing but candy-flavored gummies that do NOTHING for weight control or anything they advertise. The return policy is a lie, they don’t completely refund your purchase (when you return them) for the bottles you might have been misled to purchase, but they DO make you pay the return postage, and they CHARGE a $10 “restocking fee” PER bottle, (which is not disclosed at the time of purchase) so their promise to honor your complete satisfaction is untrue and misleading. If you do make the mistake of ordering these, you have 30 days from the day you receive them to return them then they make you wait another two weeks to even consider processing a refund. Save your money or look for a product that is not a scam, candy labeled as a weight loss supplement. One other thing, there are only 30 gummies in each bottle and they advise you “for results take 2 gummies, 3 times a day” so it is unrealistic to expect any results even if it did work as advertised, without wasting money on at least 6 bottles. My bad, I got taken, but you don’t need to be. UPDATE: Their original response to the initial post above was a lie/misleading as well. Even though it is RIGHT THERE in writing that someone from management would be contacting me, NO EVER DID. And this is APRIL. I gave them plenty of time, but to be frank, never really expected anything from this company. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Don't support this company at ANY LEVEL.

I wanted to cancel my order when I saw… I wanted to cancel my order when I saw they doubled my charges . It was buy one get one free. And the detox was half off. However I got charged $ 129.99 for gummies rather the 1/2 price and charged for the so called free bottle. The detox was $59.00 not half I know my math.... I tried to call 28 times but call is impossible for no one answers it is a constant busy signal. Too I haven't gotten any conformation of order but they too the money out within seconds not allowing me to view order first the sumit. I too see this is a subscription program I worry they will be further charges if I can't get a hold of them. UP DATE 02/08/2024 I finally got ahold of Metabolix labs customer service. I requested a refund, to cancel my order since charges were still pending at my bank. I was told I couldn't get my money back because the order had shipped. I explained I had been double charged. She said I wasn't and gave me some lame excuses ,about bundling order and so on. I was reading the as she was trying to justify the charges. She said I misunderstood understood. Anyway she offered me a 30% discount and said I would receive a confomation through email. She said next month I'd be charged minus the 30% discount. Told her from the beginning I want a refund and to cancel the subscription. She said I will be refunded 30% of my money since I didn't want the discount on next order. She said I'd get an email confirming the refund of $59.00( which is less than the money I wanted back and less than 30% )Now 02/09/2024 and 25 hours later I have not seen any emails confirming the $59.00 refund information she said I'd receive that day I called. I have never received any confirmations what so ever concerning shipment or order information nor refund information as told I would yesterday.
