GBVery Informational and hands on activity was great. It is an intense course, but well worth it. Book information matched class information and class was very open for discussion. Hands on section was great and allowed for many trials to get techniques right.

GBGreat experience--would recommend The school was a great experience and I felt very prepared afterward. My only complaint was the course was taught by two separate teachers (the first for the first few days, and the second for the end).....I just felt that there were inconsistencies and very different styles of teaching. This was not necessarily a bad thing, however, during such an intensive program, consistency would have been greatly appreciated.

GBDisappointing Instructors showed favoritism to certain students; by the end of the course, it seemed the intent was to fail most of the students instead of creating a supportive atmosphere with positive feedback. We never saw Steve Norton. ( [External Reference] appears at every class his company teaches) The location was not very convenient for out of town travelers, and the hotel had extra expenses for those staying more than a day or two. The basic knowledge presented was good and the techniques are sound and reliable for effective therapy.

GBResearch thoroughly before you chose! Although the course appeared as if you would be getting your monies worth, it was not. It was unorganized as well as there were no true patients with Lymphedema present to understand the process. Not even videos to illustrate the sequence of the process. I enjoyed the first instructor as she related material to that of a student. However, the 2nd instructor was wrapped up in herself. She was always concerned about her lunch and going on a break. She also had to many personal issues going on that she shared daily. If a person were to take this course make sure you ask about your progress throughout the course. One student failed on the last day but there was no mention to her that she was in jeopardy. Always fully research all the schools and ask around of others opinion. I am quite sure I would have gone to their semi-competitor (External Reference) instead.

GBGreat learning, poor execution Norton school of lymphatic therapy achieved the goal of teaching lymphatic basics. The teachers WERE knowledgeable and absolutely fantastic, however there was no syllabus that they followed and somedays we even got out late which was a TOTAL bummer given we are in class for 10 hours/day. I wanted to scream "hey, we're in class on time in the morning, be respectful of our time and let us out ON time". The sanitary hygiene which should be organized by the instructor was not. The students took the initiatives to change the sheets and even BOUGHT more hand sanitizer for the whole class, when the instructor did not. They are behind in technology. So if you think you will get flawless video streaming....you are wrong. Overall I think they did a nice job teaching, while some of the administrative side was lacking....
