Cassete was noisy Book was very bright and colourful, but the quality of cassette was disgusting. A lot of noise.

Excellent quality...terrific service. I ordered 6 plastic chairs to be used at an outdoor table on the preschool yard.. My only complaint was that the manufacturer didn't notify Teacher School Supply that the color I ordered was on back order. I didn't receive the order in the time expected.(thus the 4 star rating instead of 5) However, I called Teacher School supply and their rep was wonderful and facilitated our getting a different color. They arrived today, one week after our talk, and they are just ideal for the outside....a great weight that appears to be durable, not flimsy. And I was able to order this chair in just the right height. I am very happy with the purchase.

I think it is basically a scam I think it is basically a scam. I searched google images for a particular item; I found the item I wanted was at this site. However, when you go on the site, there are two very different pictures of the item, so you don't know what product you would actually be receiving. A couple of years ago, we received a fake past-due notice from a woman previously affiliated with this company. I would stay away from them if I were you.

Where? I'm wondering if it has been shipped. Aside from that question, telephone service was great.
