Overall Overall, I had an mediocrity experience with heliosleep. At first, I was sceptic about them since they are a relatively new company. But, everything turned out to be fairly alright. I didn't face any particular issues or inefficienies that are worth mentioning. I would sugest that if you're looking for a hassle free and ordiarly experience, this is a great option. I wouldn't reccomend it if you're lookign for something extra-ordinary.

While the website is cunveniente and product options are decently priced, customer service is lackluster. The agents weren't especially rude or unhelpful, but they missed the mark in terms of relaying necesary infomation. They provided ok support, but there weren't any helpful solutions. Overalling, averege at best.

I had an oridnary experience with… I had an oridnary experience with Heliosleep.com. They offer plenty of products with a competitive pricing. I didn't have any major issue while shopping for products but ther were some small issuess. Nothing major thogh. Customer service is almost good and they respond to my quries quickly. The navigation of the website is very easy and all the options are explained in detail. The delivery of products was also almost satisfactory. Altough, I was a bit disappointed about my recieving some Carrrying bag, but it was rectified quickly. All in all, it was an decent experience with Heliosleep,com and I recommend the website to others.

Poor customer service response Their customer service seems to be poor. I have called and sent an email regarding an order I placed. No response. Buyer beware…

They are absolutely fantastic They are absolutely fantastic - got my APAP machine in under a week (would've taken 3-6 months at a normal hospital, because a first consultation appointment was already 3 months out). Life saving.
