USInformative I was dreading to have to do this but I knew I had to do it. It was very helpful and refreshed a lot of things I had forgotten to do. It was informative and fit to the driving experiences we deal with now versus many years ago when I got my drivers license. I actually passed on the information that I learned to my daughter who just recently got her drivers license.

USMeaningful and informative course Keeping "points" off one's DL is a good reason to take DRIVER'S IMPROVEMENT training with TicketSchool.com. The price is amazing too. I learned a lot of useful information from the course. After driving for nearly 50 years, I learned accident avoidance strategies I had never thought about before and now I use them every day. Tests and the end of each section are also way better than an end of course exam. Do it! You'll love it!

USPretty interesting, fairly ineffective The course was pretty interesting, but the cure for everything was to the claim we're acting like a child. Do you rush the intersection, you're a child, do you drive too fast, you're a child, do you blame others, you're a child. It's not an instructive approach: it hardly teaches, and it hardly motivates motivate. Better, perhaps, the course could acknowledge that there are reasons to rush, or to blame, then to present that we can only affect our part of the interaction.

USSaved by the ticket school I appreciated the opportunity to have this option to reduce my speeding ticket. I'm sure it saved me a lot of money & points on my insurance. Once I navigated the process & dealt with my lack of internet service area I was fine. The most annoying thing to deal with was calling in to verify it was me. I couldn't dial fast enough & then my call would hesitate in my poor service area & it would kick me out. Not once, not twice but at least three times I had to start over again. In general I would recommend this avenue.

USI understand that the calls and… I understand that the calls and security questions and 40 seconds are a necessity, but every time I take this class and this is the third time, I have trouble. This is the first time I have taken the course on my cell phone and have the exact same difficulty when trying to call in. *** On the positive side, this is the easiest way to learn something and have some control over my insurance rates. I can't understand why everyone complains about their rates, but doesn't bother to take this class. Boggles the mind!
