GBI called due to not seeing the programs… I called due to not seeing the programs I paid for. I had logged into the wrong website. My request for help was answered within an hour. The representative was patient since I am not computer savvy and helped me to log in to the right website and answered my questions and provided several tips on how to log in the next time.
