GBI called due to not seeing the programs… I called due to not seeing the programs I paid for. I had logged into the wrong website. My request for help was answered within an hour. The representative was patient since I am not computer savvy and helped me to log in to the right website and answered my questions and provided several tips on how to log in the next time. Thanks for all the help.

GBI am an older man with a college degree… I am an older man with a college degree and can figure out most problems…. Except when it comes to computers and other technical cell phone apps. I had to call customer service and a man named Vince walked me through a matter that was dealing me fits. He made it so easy and had so much patience with a person like me with SUPER LIMITED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE. I was “ELATED” that he did not lose his cool with somebody like me. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS COMPANY AND I KNOW A GOOD BIT ABOUT REAL ESTATE…. I said that to let you know that these people that teach and help us really and truly know what they are talking about!!! They sincerely care whether we succeed or fail also! It will take me longer to succeed but I will not quit till I learn the technical end of it all. Please stay motivated till you win also! Nobody told me to say all this this is purely on my own.

GBSatisfied Customer I've been a customer with Awesomely, LLC, for a couple of years. Recently I purchased a program of which I had already bought. This was an oversight on my part. Within minutes after the purchase, I received a courtesy email indicating of my duplicate purchase. Thr email was a terrific and professional response in looking out for me as a member and customer.
