Presentation was too long.. Hello - The presentation on YouTube was far too long. By the time he got to the information I was looking for I was too tired to finish watching and probably missed the most important part. I'll probably continue researching because right now, this sounds like Wholesaling to me.

What has made my experience great so… What has made my experience great so far is all the concise and succinct information and how JP and Lee are fun and creative in sharing this teaching. I am an older man with a college degree… I am an older man with a college degree and can figure out most problems…. Except when it comes to computers and other technical cell phone apps. I had to call customer service and a man named Vince walked me through a matter that was dealing me fits. He made it so easy and had so much patience with a person like me with SUPER LIMITED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE. I was “ELATED” that he did not lose his cool with somebody like me. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS COMPANY AND I KNOW A GOOD BIT ABOUT REAL ESTATE…. I said that to let you know that these people that teach and help us really and truly know what they are talking about!!! They sincerely care whether we succeed or fail also! It will take me longer to succeed but I will not quit till I learn the technical end of it all. Please stay motivated till you win also! Nobody told me to say all this this is purely on my own.
