DSS literally saved my small business/… DSS literally saved my small business/ driving school. The owner of the company is the one you originally talk to so he can explain everything involved with the software, and he is super nice and helpful. After that you have a designated onboarding specialist to assist you with getting started. Every time I have an issue, support is always there for me. It might be a little overwhelming once you begin, but after awhile it's a very easy program to learn and use. It is also very customizable to your school. Highly, highly recommend DSS!

Not Real User Friendly There are parts of the registration that is Not user friendly for our customers that we have to go back and fix or explain to multiple customers. Customers believe they've enrolled their student, but due to a button "Pay Later" not being clicked- their student isn't registered. Nothing says "click to enter" or "Click to Enter & Pay later"- I can understand. Updates that are made/have been made prevented other portions from being available again. Customers were emailed the contract when they enrolled- they no longer receive that- when they click to print contract-after they've entered all of their students info- the contract is blank! Why? it used to be completed! As an owner of the company, I do not feel as though you have any control over your information that appears- you don't have access to edit it.

This software has helped our driving school This software has helped our driving school tremendously. Having the ability to have students enroll and schedule online has been a life saver. Also, the ability to manage staff, vehicles, locations etc. is invaluable. I also love the data management of students and ability to run any report I may need. I highly recommend this software for your driving school.

Keep on Truckin' We have operated a truck driving school for nearly 25 years. Last year, the data base system we used was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. Truck School Software has turned out to be a much better system then what we had before, which proves when one door closes, another door opens and is often a gift to be discovered. Very happy with TSS.

Super Supportive Starting a business 2 years ago and not even into 1 year a pandemic hits. They took action to make me and many others able to do virtual teaching with ease. Appreciate all that they do even in my needs of understanding the program when I first started with them. Always extremely helpful.
