The one time I called by accident after closing, they called me back the next morning, and I didn't even leave a message. I was having hardware issues, that had nothing to do with Playlister, and they still helped me. If you are concerned about the technical side, do it! They will help you.

I love that I can control all my campuses from wherever I am. No need to physically go to that campus to load something or fix something.
