Forgot I ordered (because it took sooo long) ordered again in January - neither ordered showed up but tracking changes daily to be the next day... You call in they say it should be here in a few days.... I might believe them but the exact same thing happening with 2 orders. I believe they are taking our money and hoping you will forget. 2 $100 ORDERS, nothing has arrived.

Oddly, the website does NOT offer a final price before entering credit card info it demands to pay the outrageous $6.95 ship charge for one bottle of magnesium. It did accept the coupon code , STEWPETERS10, IT SEEMED - but who knows because a final price total not given. Shady. No way did i enter a credit card, because no way to know what they will charge. Next i read reviews: yep- sheisters. FYI: i buy 1000's of dollars of truly heavy metal and glyphosate tested free, organic non GMO products from Healthranger aka MikeAdams' company, healthrangerstore.com for years. Check out his products with excellent customer HONEST service and products out of near Austin Texas. Inform educate yourself with his website. Hear his health ranger reports on his production company owned show website, brighteon.com. Your order won't turn up, and they dont keep a record of your purchase Have been ordering from this company for about 6 months. On my most recent order, the products didnt turn up. I emailed their support team and was told none of my details were in their system (despite being a return customer). I have now spent the last week back and forth with their customer support team trying to convince them that I have in fact ordered products from them (despite the fact i've provided order number, email address etc.) I suspect its because they have farmed out UK operations to a 3rd party distributor - but thats not an excuse. I'm now out of pocket and have wasted a ton of time

I LOVE the products, loath the checkout process I LOVE the products, loath the buying and checkout process. So many distracting hoops you have to jump through to get to your order without being ambushed by confusing add on’s. I end up leaving my cart and having to go back when I can really focus so I can get through it without subscribing to something I don’t want or accidentally adding another item I don’t want. I wish for a straight forward buying process, which leaves you feeling more confident in the product and company integrity.

My order was placed smoothly but the tranaction wasn't anything distinct. The customer srevice of the website was also passable. There were no delays but nihter was there any bonus features. I wouldn't recomennd this site. It was just like every proverbial webstore out there. I had to wiat a bit but that's kinda an ineviteable thing in online orderings and stuff. Overalll, it was an okayish experince. Not much to talk about.
