The only thing I don't like about the… The only thing I don't like about the process is: once you pay, your product stays in "processing" for various days, not knowing if it's going to he completed, shipped or what. Also no email in that process. Just that it was "received ". Also, I noticed that some pictures and even descriptions, does not match entirely with the product in some firearms. One needs to be extra careful so we don't make an honest mistake for misleading descriptions. Everything else, is great

I'm an older fella I'm an older fella, and I am not a computer / tech guy. I would MUCH rather talk to a human than go through multiple steps on a cold document. I have bought a few things from Bud's Gun Shop, and I like your web site, but PLEASAE make available a person to take a phone call when a customer has questions or needs a little extra help.

Cowards and bootlickers Bought a suppressor piston from them and was informed that was a ‘muzzle device/ flash suppressor’ not legal to ship to my state. It’s neither and either is legal to ship to my state. Plus a piston for a totally legal suppressor is also legal in my state. The lady on the phone was petulant and tried to get me to hang up. Don’t know if I’ll get my refund or not. Don’t sign up for their email list either if you don’t want a dozen spam emails per day, even after you unsubscribe. They are cowards and bootlickers who can’t be bothered to even read the state laws they’re eager to help the state enforce. I ordered the part from a local gun shop, and saved $7 at that.
