5 stars! I recently scheduled a call with a Gemiini specialist. The person I spoke to was very nice and extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of useful tips and information. I love that you can speak with someone anytime you need help or have questions. My experience with Gemiini Systems has been wonderful. I highly recommend it. The program is great and the staff is very supportive!

I didn't find the videos helpful I didn't find the videos helpful. I wanted to use them as a supplement to in person speech therapy. Our child was bored. I cancelled the service in Jan of this year. I haven't received an email comm since then. I recently noticed that Gemiini was still charging my card. I have called, waited in hold numerous times only to be directed to leaving a message. I starting to think this is a scam service. I cannot get a person to call me back. So now I will need to dispute the charges with CC company.

Super Helpful Natalia Gardella was super helpful and was able to guide me on how and where to get started with my son who is an adult and nonverbal. I am excited to get to work with him and know that I can reach out at any time to Gemiini and get help and direction when I need it.

All questions were answered and confidence restored! The conversation went well. Janette was very friendly and helpful. My problem was specifically what set of videos I could show my 4 year old who repeats everything but doesn't understand it all. Janette helped me set up a system of videos and gave me lots of ideas on things to work on outside of the viewing time. She also encouraged me to keep in touch so they can follow along with my son's progress or help again if things didn't seem to be getting better. I feel more confident with the routine now that I have talked to Janette.

Therapist had good listening skills and heard out all our concerns and then suggested excellent tips which we started to follow immediately.
