CABAD EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD WARN… BAD EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD WARN EVERYONE ABOUT THEIR PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS, SUCH AS THE "ONE-TIME TRIAL", WHICH I CONSIDER BORDERLINE FALSE ADVERTISING: NOT REALLY A TRIAL, BUT MERELY A SUBSCRIPTION WITH AN OBLIGATION TO SEND A WRITTEN CANCELLATION IF YOU DON'T WANT THIS TO TURN INTO A PERMANENT SUBSCRIPTION; THEY HIDE BEHIND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT WHEN "TRYING" THE SERVICE, BUT IN FACT IT IS A HIDDEN "SUBSCRIBE UNTIL YOU CANCEL" SERVICE AS PER THOSE TERMS IN FINE PRINT: THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT ANY MESSAGE OR WARNING EVERY MONTH AFTER YOU "TRY" THE SERVICE, NO MATTER WHAT. THIS IS MISLEADING AND IMPROPER ADVERTISING, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANYTHING, UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE YOU WANT THEIR SERVICE AND YOU ACCEPT TO BE CHARGED ON AN MONTHLY BASIS NO MATTER WHAT. I WILL REPORT THE BAD MARKETING PRACTICES.

USI didn't find the videos helpful I didn't find the videos helpful. I wanted to use them as a supplement to in person speech therapy. Our child was bored. I cancelled the service in Jan of this year. I haven't received an email comm since then. I recently noticed that Gemiini was still charging my card. I have called, waited in hold numerous times only to be directed to leaving a message. I starting to think this is a scam service. I cannot get a person to call me back. So now I will need to dispute the charges with CC company.

USAll questions were answered and confidence restored! The conversation went well. Janette was very friendly and helpful. My problem was specifically what set of videos I could show my 4 year old who repeats everything but doesn't understand it all. Janette helped me set up a system of videos and gave me lots of ideas on things to work on outside of the viewing time. She also encouraged me to keep in touch so they can follow along with my son's progress or help again if things didn't seem to be getting better. I feel more confident with the routine now that I have talked to Janette.

CAWonderful staff Wonderful staff, and customer service. We are concerned about our 2 year old and his language difficulties , the staff at Gemiini have been more than helpful with explaining thier program and how it will help Just started and my son seem to be very interested in the videos, hoping for the best🙏🙏🙏
