GBShipping a DISASTER!!! First the good news. Good product. I take bliss gummies daily to relieve nerve pain from cervical stenosis. I subscribed to get 30 each month. One a day. Now the bad news. Shipping is a DISASTER!!!! They send emails saying they’re backordered and will be shipped in 6 or 7 days. They’re kind enough to offer free sample packs of gummies to last a few days but it takes a week to get them. But of course they charge your credit card on the day the monthly order should have been shipped per the subscription schedule. And in your online account it says order is complete. Right now it’s Nov. 16. They were billed Oct. 26. Still no delivery. Tracking shows USPS has not even received them yet. They use a “shipping partner” called OSM Worldwide which shows they’ve been crawling my way via 2 Texas stops and now Las Vegas to get to LA. What’s the point of even offering a subscription if you can’t deliver on time. Too bad. Again, great product but the horrid shipping would make me never recommend a subscription. Now looking elsewhere as I’m about to cancel. I notice their prices have risen as well in the last couple months. I feel like I’m dealing with a drug dealer. Get you hooked and then take advantage of you. Such a shame for a highly rated product by Forbes and Healthline. If I were the Aspen CEO I’d be kissing OSM Worldwide goodbye. They’re ruining their business. I’m sure OSM is cheap. American greed strikes again.

GBDid not like the sleep product Did not like the sleep product. I woke up 5x. I requested to return the product. I was asked if I would like to exchange for another product. I declined and requested a refund. They then sent a 2nd email requesting a call. I sent a third email stating I just wanted a refund. Then they sent yet another email telling me I need to take it for awhile. Let them know if I wanted to return. I have sent three emails asking for a return. Looks pretty clear they didn’t accept returns. Did not like the product as it is for sleep and did not help at all. I have been taking CBD gummies from another company. I never wake up and if anything they are strong. Hence why I tried another brand as I have never deviated from the company. I will go back to my trusted brand. A little slow start in am is well worth a good night rest.

GBThe most disrespectful property manager… The most disrespectful property manager and person that I have ever interacted with. Seema Fnu should be fired from Aspen Green immediately. After living here for a year and a half , I have never interacted with a person who cared less about her job or the resident's well-being and safety at Aspen Green. Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT LIVE HERE. I would recommend NOT RENTING from any Garden Communities property either. If I could give negative stars I would. I wish it was not so, but it has been an absolutely disgusting experience with this woman who represents the entire property and company of Aspen Green and Garden Communities.
