GBduring the course I couldn't see how… during the course I couldn't see how much of the course is still remaining and videos didn't have any option for me to play it in the appropriate speed, videos didn't have any captions! in each page the reader automatically was starting to read and I could not change the setting and I had to pause it every single time! and also the voices didn't have any option to choose the speed!

GBTurn her off It's sort of annoying how the woman reading the page to me auto starts. She just starts talking at max volume and always surprises me and hurts my ears, but other than that, it's all been good

GBThe website is terribly outdated The website is terribly outdated, the instructions are not clear, we got o study guide yet one is constantly referenced. There is a parent driving hours section that we can't get into. I think this company needs to get itself updated, a lot. It's very unusable. And when I reached out for assistance I got no response.

GBStay AWAY from this company Stay AWAY from this company. I tried for 5 weeks to schedule my daughters in car driving. I left several messages over 3 weeks and eventually talked to Jackie who gave me information about the wrong student. She said she would get back to me as the supervisor had my daughter’s file. She never called back. I called again in a couple days, and now the supervisor was on vacation with my daughter’s PAPER file. Why would anyone take student drivers files with them on vacation. Just a bunch of lies. The last message I left I told them how disappointing this was and that their customer service was terrible. Of course, no call back. So now we are paying another $350 to another company for in car training. The classroom part was fine.
