He has been so busy with school & sports that it has hard for him to study. & now with this Covid he could of studied but its not letting him enter with his password. The course repeats a lot of information… The course repeats a lot of information that seems too trivial. Outdated in some areas. I don't do drugs or alcohol and course spent a lot of time defining drugs and videos. Needs to stress more about not to text and drive. One thing I totally disagree with is the mention that "no animal is more valuable than a human life." ha!

during the course I couldn't see how… during the course I couldn't see how much of the course is still remaining and videos didn't have any option for me to play it in the appropriate speed, videos didn't have any captions! in each page the reader automatically was starting to read and I could not change the setting and I had to pause it every single time! and also the voices didn't have any option to choose the speed!

Horrible Horrible, outdated, redundant . Course needs to be rewritten. It’s the worst mess that I’ve ever seen in life . Just like the FAA it looks like it’s a 30 year old outdated system. Really we have no other approved course options so people have to suffer through this miserable course. 50% of content is useful - the rest is old school information. You need some competition which would force you to improve your course ,

Turn her off It's sort of annoying how the woman reading the page to me auto starts. She just starts talking at max volume and always surprises me and hurts my ears, but other than that, it's all been good
