GBduring the course I couldn't see how… during the course I couldn't see how much of the course is still remaining and videos didn't have any option for me to play it in the appropriate speed, videos didn't have any captions! in each page the reader automatically was starting to read and I could not change the setting and I had to pause it every single time! and also the voices didn't have any option to choose the speed!

GBWords get cut off On the computer version the words on some of the pages get cut off by the timer bar so you can’t read it all, other than that everything works great including the app.

GBStay AWAY from this company Stay AWAY from this company. I tried for 5 weeks to schedule my daughters in car driving. I left several messages over 3 weeks and eventually talked to Jackie who gave me information about the wrong student. She said she would get back to me as the supervisor had my daughter’s file. She never called back. I called again in a couple days, and now the supervisor was on vacation with my daughter’s PAPER file. Why would anyone take student drivers files with them on vacation. Just a bunch of lies. The last message I left I told them how disappointing this was and that their customer service was terrible. Of course, no call back. So now we are paying another $350 to another company for in car training. The classroom part was fine.

GBHorrible Horrible, outdated, redundant . Course needs to be rewritten. It’s the worst mess that I’ve ever seen in life . Just like the FAA it looks like it’s a 30 year old outdated system. Really we have no other approved course options so people have to suffer through this miserable course. 50% of content is useful - the rest is old school information. You need some competition which would force you to improve your course ,

GBGood all around It was a lot of reading and listening. For me, I am more of a visual person so it was a little difficult to do the whole course, but I made it. It provides up-to-date information on driving and gives good tips for driving and things to be careful of.
