The website is terribly outdated The website is terribly outdated, the instructions are not clear, we got o study guide yet one is constantly referenced. There is a parent driving hours section that we can't get into. I think this company needs to get itself updated, a lot. It's very unusable. And when I reached out for assistance I got no response.

Thank You National Driver Training It is a very comprehensive driver training program which covers all practical aspects of driving at highways as well on streets, it is also easy to attend and interactive one too. I have the honor to attend this training and today have successfully completed. Thanks.

Stay AWAY from this company Stay AWAY from this company. I tried for 5 weeks to schedule my daughters in car driving. I left several messages over 3 weeks and eventually talked to Jackie who gave me information about the wrong student. She said she would get back to me as the supervisor had my daughter’s file. She never called back. I called again in a couple days, and now the supervisor was on vacation with my daughter’s PAPER file. Why would anyone take student drivers files with them on vacation. Just a bunch of lies. The last message I left I told them how disappointing this was and that their customer service was terrible. Of course, no call back. So now we are paying another $350 to another company for in car training. The classroom part was fine.

3rd child using the same program This is my 3rd child to get a license and each time I used National Driver Training. The program is great and the layout is awesome. When everything is completed, you just print everything out and the packet comes with a checklist as well. In comparison, a coworker used another program and that program did not have a place to keep track of the driving hours online. After helping her, I discovered that you have to keep your own hours with that program. I'm not sure how that really works. A church friend used another program and they did not get a packet like I got at the end. Furthermore, my friend told me it was very confusing and he felt there were several miss information he got. I trust National Driver Training and with one more child left, you can bet I'll use them again.

Horrible Horrible, outdated, redundant . Course needs to be rewritten. It’s the worst mess that I’ve ever seen in life . Just like the FAA it looks like it’s a 30 year old outdated system. Really we have no other approved course options so people have to suffer through this miserable course. 50% of content is useful - the rest is old school information. You need some competition which would force you to improve your course ,
