GBSpiritual Coaching Cert I'm an instructional designer by profession/career; from that standpoint, this course is well done. A lot of activity in terms of self-reflection and self-assessment. The examples and 'cases' to work through in each module are great demonstration and practice. All of which fall in line with the constructivist learning theory. That said, in terms of the content, I feel it's in alignment with a lot of what I've read and have been researching and studying around the topic of spiritual growth. It took me about two weeks to finish. And the templates are very helpful.
