Terrible skin-care products I bought Valeo’s “personalized” skincare products after a consultation with their skincare specialist. A couple of weeks later, my skin got super dry and irritated. I emailed them and they said it’s normal and I should use the cream less frequently as they have active ingredients (which I followed). A month passed and at 1-2 times use per week, I was still having a terrible reaction. Not only that, but the face cream which started as white, started to get yellow/brown and the dispenser gathered lots of brown build up (which honestly not something I expect from any skincare product!). I shared my concerns with them and their answer was “This occurrence is atypical and does not reflect our usual standards. Your feedback will be forwarded to the relevant team to enhance our services for a better experience in the future.” - not a very helpful answer to a customer. In short, I would not recommend using any of their skincare products. Such poor quality creams, packaging and service.
