Physician Never Arrived For Virtual Appointment Made virtual appointment for 1:00pm. Completed all the forms and visited the online portal to meet with the physician. He never showed up. I waited 1/2 hour. I had to take time off work for the appointment. I attempted to chat via their website but nobody responded. I had to call their office and then wait for a physician to call me back. More time off work. Charged full price plus lost paid time at job. Waiting for medical card.

Great overall experience Product is great. Shopping experience was great. Price was great. Shipping was a little slow coming from Chicago and shipping to Northwestern suburbs (60 miles). Overall, will buy again when I’m out of my current supply.
