Very good customer support I payed extra for two day shipping, but I haven’t gotten the product yet and it says it won’t be here until a week from when I ordered it. EDIT: They explained it was because of covid and the election, and refunded the shipping cost and offered a ten percent discount on the order itself- really good customer support as well.

I will be ordering from them again! :) Also, very happy that they ship to so many different states and they are hemp-derived so I can legally purchase them! The issue, if anyone is curious: I purchased the CBD starter package (30 gummies, 60 capsules, oil, and lavender vape pen). Received it quickly-- within 3 days--, but it did not have all 30 gummies. A customer service rep. emailed me that the gummies were currently out of stock and asked me if they could supply me with a different brand of gummies. I agreed, but was only sent one package of gummies (10 gummies). I emailed them back explaining how I had paid for 30 gummies and they happily sent me two more packages (sent me 30 total). :)

I paid for a product I never received I paid for a product well over month ago, my card charged never received anything. Emailed company multiple times and received 1 response, that my item shipped. However they created a label but never shipped my item. Buyer beware! I am in the process of filing a dispute with my bank to hopefully get my money back. Absolutely shameful!! Learned a valuable lesson with this company.

Physician Never Arrived For Virtual Appointment Made virtual appointment for 1:00pm. Completed all the forms and visited the online portal to meet with the physician. He never showed up. I waited 1/2 hour. I had to take time off work for the appointment. I attempted to chat via their website but nobody responded. I had to call their office and then wait for a physician to call me back. More time off work. Charged full price plus lost paid time at job. Waiting for medical card.
