GBVery pleased with this company Very pleased with this company. Order arrived very quickly and one issue I had was resolved immediately. I will be ordering from them again! :) Also, very happy that they ship to so many different states and they are hemp-derived so I can legally purchase them! The issue, if anyone is curious: I purchased the CBD starter package (30 gummies, 60 capsules, oil, and lavender vape pen). Received it quickly-- within 3 days--, but it did not have all 30 gummies. A customer service rep. emailed me that the gummies were currently out of stock and asked me if they could supply me with a different brand of gummies. I agreed, but was only sent one package of gummies (10 gummies). I emailed them back explaining how I had paid for 30 gummies and they happily sent me two more packages (sent me 30 total). :)

GBI paid for a product I never received I paid for a product well over month ago, my card charged never received anything. Emailed company multiple times and received 1 response, that my item shipped. However they created a label but never shipped my item. Buyer beware! I am in the process of filing a dispute with my bank to hopefully get my money back. Absolutely shameful!! Learned a valuable lesson with this company.

GBI made an appointment at 12:30 PM I made an appointment at 12:30 PM. They receptionist called me right away to get things set up. Seemed to be going fine. She told me the doctor was calling so she got off the phone. I waited and waited and called a few times to see what was going on. It took a whole 2hrs and 40min for the doctor to actually get a hold of me…..

GBHelpful I accidentally sent my very first order to the wrong address and they sent me a new one. Customer Service was very responsive and helpful.
