Very good customer support I payed extra for two day shipping, but I haven’t gotten the product yet and it says it won’t be here until a week from when I ordered it. EDIT: They explained it was because of covid and the election, and refunded the shipping cost and offered a ten percent discount on the order itself- really good customer support as well.

I paid for a product I never received I paid for a product well over month ago, my card charged never received anything. Emailed company multiple times and received 1 response, that my item shipped. However they created a label but never shipped my item. Buyer beware! I am in the process of filing a dispute with my bank to hopefully get my money back. Absolutely shameful!!
