GBVery good customer support I payed extra for two day shipping, but I haven’t gotten the product yet and it says it won’t be here until a week from when I ordered it. EDIT: They explained it was because of covid and the election, and refunded the shipping cost and offered a ten percent discount on the order itself- really good customer support as well.

GBI paid for a product I never received I paid for a product well over month ago, my card charged never received anything. Emailed company multiple times and received 1 response, that my item shipped. However they created a label but never shipped my item. Buyer beware! I am in the process of filing a dispute with my bank to hopefully get my money back. Absolutely shameful!! Learned a valuable lesson with this company.

GBfriendly and quick customer service. Their customer support is super quick to respond and are always very helpful. Shipping is as fast as you can expect during a pandemic. I’ve only tried one of their products so far so I can’t attest to the quality of all of their products, but what I received was excellent.
