Five minute later they called back and apologised for not answering. Got the order done. Received it very quickly. Was very easy to put together. The instructions were clear. I ended up doing a second order which went perfect. I highly recommend them

Quick and easy Customer service was excellent. Tech confirmed the issue with the panel within 5 min. Only thing I did not like which is not his fault, is that I had to ship and then wait for a new panel to be shipped back. It would have been easier for me to just order a replacement through Amazon then return the malfunctioning panel.

Swift shipping and a quality product Swift shipping and a quality product, but above all else, excellent customer service and professionalism. During my set-up, I encountered an issue with mounting my STECS Max to the throttle plate provided. I emailed support and was taken aback with how fast I received a response as well as a shipping notification for a new compatible throttle plate heading my way. The folks at SimFab told me to keep them updated on the new solution. I’ll be continuing to expand my setup with SimFab gear.

Great Order Time Order was quick and got here fast, the stables on the bottom of the back rest are pretty loose. Used my uncle's seat and loved it needed to get my own.

Entire experience was wonderful Pre-sale support was wonderful, I received prompt replies to all questions, usually within an hour or two regardless of when I sent an email. Once I received my order I discovered missing parts and that the AMSM would require me to remove my left stick mount to attach.They called me to walk me through everything and overnighted the missing bolts to me.
