Within hours of placing my order, they emailed my tracking # and my package was delivered the following day, in fact it was delivered less than 24 hours from when I had placed my order. They included free samples too. I am on the Ideal Protein (IP) diet plan, lost 30 lbs so far, and plan to use Nashua's items which are very similar to IP but so much cheaper.

Great products and excellent customer service I am participating in a physician-supervised weight loss program. My doctor sells meal substitution products at her office. Love Nashua products! They have an excellent selection of nutrition products. I went on liquid diet recently and found all the products I needed on nashuanutrition site. Their pricing is reasonable and if you sign up for emails they do promotions and sales. Also they introduce new products all the time. The website looks somewhat outdated but it's still very easy to use.
