WOW - What’s their secret sauce? So grateful to be a WOW student! I started in April 2022, in October 2022, I have acquired 34 units, and just went under contract for 24. I never could have done it without the incredible training program and one on one coaching. I don’t think there is a more comprehensive program… they teach you how to do market research, analyze deals, make offers, conduct due diligence, interview lenders, contractors and Property managers. Such A life Changing Experience! This is where you should be if real estate investing is truly your goal! I've tried other investment groups/coaching before and none of them compare. Is it worth it? I started with no real estate background other than my personal home.
