Many times, it's a simple fix that I overlooked, but sometimes I encounter an issue that involves more work to resolve. Each time, the support from the team has been prompt, thorough, and their help has been greatly appreciated. Perfect technology companion BugendaiTech is awesome! I can’t express how great it has been working with the development team at BugendaiTech. I came to them after having a horrible experience with a U.S. based developer and BugendaiTech was able to pick my project up quickly and get my app built and to the App Store. They have knowledgeable and skilled programmers with outstanding customer service. We had video meetings weekly and I received daily e-mails informing me of the progress made on my app. Even when we hit some technical issues, they worked hard to overcome them and ultimately we were successful. I appreciate all they have done and will definitely work with them for my upcoming projects.

5 Stars for Being Knowledgeable 1 Star For Complete Lack of Class After initial interview we clicked, there was hope that our unreasonably tight deadlines would stand a chance. After few discussions over a period of a week, some ideas were offered. There was a genuine attempt to be helpful and that was appreciated it. 10 days post initial conversation, there was form of discussion about committing to our tight deadlines and that request for commitment was rejected. At which point a link to this review was posted with request to leave 5 star review. My initial 'Lets first do some work together' response was met with hostility and how I have shown 'my colors'. Not only did we spend 10 days to find out commitment to our timelines wasn't agreed upon. I found my self defending how this whole situation set us back, after bringing this concern to Ross, his only response was 'review does not cost anything'. His completely lack of being related to how the whole thing was handled is where the 1 star for Lack of Class. Yes they appear to be very knowledgeable, but completely out of touch if your project is on unreasonable deadline. If you do go into business together, make sure to get a firm commitment before going any further.

Great Experience We have had a great experience with BugendaiTech and would highly recommend them to anyone. They understood our issues and always provided great solutions, and even though our time zones are 11.5 hours apart, they were consistently incredibly responsive.
