I'm a visual and hands on learner I'm a visual and hands on learner, which made seeing the videos helpful instead of a lot of reading. You receive the certificate immediately and the certificate in the mail therefore. I have now convinced my sister to take the course. The only area I would suggest for improvement is the email response.
