My rel Ugh My rel Ugh, I had an ok experience with Root & Spring. I opened an acct but thats all I did. They dont really have anything that trully stands out. I guess theyre as far as I can say an avearge company. Not bad but nothing grest either. I didnt any buy anything so can not comment on the products thy offer. I wouldn't say its a bad option, just there's probabyl better ones out there.

I had a problem with my order I had a problem with my order. There's hard bits of sediment floating in the liquid, and an encrustation on the base which doesn't look right and is different to when I've ordered this previously. I reached out to customer support over a week ago and haven't heard anything back. hey say they will reply in 24-48 hours so I guess they're not interested. I'll order from elsewhere in future.

They took the money They took the money and i did not receive anything, at the checkout payment they took the money but no redirect or continue happened. I have no order in the system or anything. I checked the bank app and they took the money for that order. I tried to contact the help but they can't help me because i don't have a order number.
