The testing setup was a disaster The testing setup was a disaster. The class was delayed 4,5 hours because of the lack of preparedness from the proctor. There was no communication from the on-site folks which led to more confusion. It was unacceptable how long the whole class was sitting around just waiting to take the exam.

Overall it was a great learning… Overall it was a great learning experience. The entire staff was very courteous and professional as always. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and presented the material so that anyone at level could understand.

They gave me a boot camp for an expired… They gave me a boot camp for an expired version of the exam. When I failed the first time, I requested additional exam vouchers. I had to contact them multiple times to finally receive the additional vouchers they have approved on initial contact. They did offer to provide the boot camp again but I couldn't take more time off of work.

I have taken many of boot camp courses… I have taken many of boot camp courses over the years and the Secure Ninja experience was definitely a memorable. The class was small (4 people), typically this would be a bad thing, but the instructor was able to conduct one on one focus on topics. The instructor was knowledgeable on topics, and able to conceptualize real world experiences to subject matter. The facility was able to hand receipt a laptop to me for class participation which was awesome! CONS: The in-house testing center wasn't the quietest. However, I'm sure head phones would have helped or ear plugs. Definitely not enough to discredit my overall experience. I plan on pursuing more certifications through SecureNinja!

Facility is showing is wear and tear Facility is showing is wear and tear, issues with books was not clear and it seems different attendees had different deal. There was no on at site to start off any of the admin issues (like books) when the class started. Instructor was fantastic. I looked over the testing center there, room was way hot, smallest computer cubes I have ever seen, and cubes were written on with marker.... just not professional or relaxing to take an exam at. I will be going another facility for the exam.,
