The Freedom Unit is the academy of Excellence It has been my distinct honor to be able to have experienced the freedom unit. My back ground is as a Cisco Networking tradesman, salesman and educational level in the area of the humanities at the master's level. I have learned excellent skills within TFU Academy in the cyberspace and in overall I.T. I have been made to understand how I can be an asset within this line of work In addition to being job ready following the blueprint directed throughout this course. It has been because of this course I have been able to land a job as a systems analyst. This has been in relation to being connected with the great individuals of The Freedom Unit who go above and beyond to be there for you and help you succeed. This academy is not only the now but it is the future. I am honored to be apart of The Freedom Unit as well as help others within this unit and beyond as well.

During this cohort we learned the fundamentals of cybersecurity and social engineering. I was able to apply everything I learned and landed a job as a technician 1 in information technology. Once you take this cohort it will increase your knowledge of the tech industry and open endless amount of opportunities.

Professionals currently involved in the tech field are just a fingertip away, their knowledge and willingness to help train us to be the very best is incredible. I came in with little knowledge of cybersecurity but now I’m confident in throwing my resume out there to recruiters who have reached out. As a cohort we build on each other and if one succeeds we all succeed! Highly recommend giving yourself the chance to see your true potential in tech with TFU.

TFUACADEMY is GOATED🐐 Overall the program was successful. Each leader taught there specific part of the program flawlessly and effectively, each one had tremendous energy and made me want to keep coming back each day. And they exposed us to career opportunities in Cyberspace, like how there’s an 0% unemployment and how companies need people like us because the world is becoming more digital. I would definitely recommend this course to a friend or any of my colleagues.

Ive been searching for options to get… Ive been searching for options to get into cyber security as I know it is the future ! The TFU career exploration program should honestly be in every school in the country! I’m a 35 year old female with a college degree honestly we need more programs like this to help guide our youth and young adults. I learned soo much from this program. If you have kids they need to be enrolled in this program because they are really shifting the dynamic!!
