GBI wish I had good things to say I wish I had good things to say. Misreading the website led me to the wrong product. I refused the product unopened. To resolve the issue thru e-mail was difficult, with confusing responses from them. 14 days after they received, a partial refund was issued. Shipping charges may be OK, but shelving, handling and processing seem unreasonable. Don't make a mistake with these folks, or you will be sorry.

GBJust like one of the other people that… Just like one of the other people that made a purchase I only received part of my order also being marked as shipment fullfiled. So far almost a week later several emails and text to (253) 733-1752 , only number I could find no response. I really would like to just get the complete order. If not going to go through my credit card company to get my money back somehow. Should have done more checking before I ordered. JUST AN UPDATE. they did split my order ans as of 8/28 notified the shipping of other half. Little worried but all good.

GBThe website is hard to navigate The website is hard to navigate. The listing said weight bench, barbell and weight plates. Showed pictures of all of that. But further below you actually have to click around to see prices of different options for what actually getting. Everything needs to be separate. So I didn't get everything I assumed I had bought. No phone number so after email ignored I did a chat. Super nice at first and said he agreed website need overhaul. When I sent him a complaint from 2 years ago complaining of same thing he got rude and and called me dear. Said you can find bad reviews everywhere, he didn’t even work there then. Was offering me to buy the weight plates at super discount. But after way I was treated I was not giving them anymore money. He wanted to charge additional $420. And I said I’ll pay additional $200 because partly my fault. He would not. Got the weights at Dick’s Sporting goods with a bar for $299. Will never purchase from them again!!

GBVery Good Customer Service I bought a pair of 25lbs adjustable dumbbells from Flybird, but the package arrived broken. Fortunately, they quickly arrange a new package for me, now I have used my dummbells about 1 month, they're great!

GBAWFUL Customer Service. AWFUL Customer Service. Never in my life have I experienced worse customer service. My order was split into two deliveries without me being told, when the first package arrived my order was marked as "fulfilled". I proceeded to text (because they dont have a number to call) and email customer service and received no response. Save your money, this company is a total scam.
