My old self, and a new future For at least a couple of years now my life has been one struggle to the next. My thoughts and emotions have been very negative driving me into a never ending downward spiral of depression and anxiety. I eventually decided to do something about it, and made an appointment with Mark. His Timeline Therapy has been amazing. As soon as I left my first session I felt so much better. All my previous angry and negative emotions just disappeared. I am back to my old normal self, happy and looking forward to the future. I cannot thank Mark enough. He is relaxed and easy to talk to. Reassuring and explains clearly and simply the process he will take you through. Thank you Mark.

I went into the course with a keen… I went into the course with a keen interest to understand the NLP methodology.My assumption being that it was just about the mind, but I left the course enlightened knowing that NLP is so much broader including areas such as, rapport, emotions, communication and so much more which made me feel that I want to explore NLP more.
