For far too long flooring installers have been left at the curb waiting for the go-ahead to start a project, then rushed to finish on time. We should be proud of our trade and CFI trainers teach that.

The flooring industry is very fortunate… The flooring industry is very fortunate by having CFI. Great support and training classes. Feels just like family. Knowledge is power which equals more money I have been a member of CFI since the very early days, I think in the early 90s as I escaped the city in 2000. That being said, I'm a firm believer in education. It has created in me the ability to rise above the average installer and that equates to more money. I started the business in 1972 and it has treated me very well. I am now an inspector and my experience and knowledge has made me a valuable asset to the industry which at age 65 it's great to be able to make money
