Don’t waste your time or money! What I paid for: An in depth Real Estate Course to go over how to find off market deals. What I got: Basic overview of kindergarten Real estate concepts, motivational videos, and old unedited lengthy zoom meetings. Its TRASH!!! ————- REPLY to your reply below. It’s definitely not a short version. Theirs hours of unedited zoom meetings that don’t even start until 5-15 min. Take the time and edit your clips. ALSO I emailed for a refund several times and “Jaxon” told me no refunds several times. So I contacted my Credit Card Company.

Great course, very informative! It’s been a great course, have to be attentive and listen in to see how each module is applied in practice. Would only suggest a hands on opportunity or chance to put up money in a new deal as a group to see a process from start to finish but all in all it’s an amazing course and you learn a lot.
