If you're looking for a sign, THIS IS IT! The Big Event was my first official experience with SBW & it blew my mind-- A real estate convention evolved into an empowering event. I've only been in this group a couple of months and have learned so much already! They do not treat you like a transaction, SBW Family treats you like family. Anyone can be a coach, but not everyone has the patience or desire to do it well. Thach, Stephanie, and Marc are the 3 musketeers you'll have to meet!

My experience has been great with… My experience has been great with Springboard because of the amount of knowledge Thach provides to the Springboard members. He actually teaches what he's already been doing for several years already. If you follow his program, i.e. reading the modules, practicing your script to say to potential sellers, etc, you will eventually get a wholesale deal, cause I did and so have many others who have joined.

Thach and Stephanie are also very responsive to all questions and the community/network can’t be beat. If you’re on the fence, stop holding yourself back. This is where it’s at.

Don't wait to join! It took me a while to commit, but I am so glad I joined the SBTW community. I researched many other so-called "mentor programs" but all lacked a quick jump start itinerary. SBTW quickly exposed me to their onboarding platform, then walk me through my 30 day Quick Start Series which provided a wealth of real estate investing knowledge. Thach is my real life hero Thach is my real life hero! I joined the coaching calls and saw him patiently answering questions until they fully understand his answers. He doesn't make me think we are wasting his time for our silly questions. He is so different than other real estate coaches out there because he has a golden heart to help people, super motivational and his curse words are the highlight of the calls ;)
