Since I'm new to the program and still… Since I'm new to the program and still extremely motivated I'm really happy with what I'm engaging in and learning. I want to reserve the 5 star rating until after the euphoria has somewhat worn off and I'm in the thick of it hopefully creating and growing my business.

I was skeptical at first I was skeptical at first, but joining spring board to wealth has given me amazing clarity on my real estate journey and strategy as an investor. The coaching calls are incredibly helpful if you are willing to ask questions and learn. I am so impressed by the capacity of thach, Stephanie and Marc to actually give everyone such detailed answers. Aside from the real estate trainings, the mindset things alone were worth it.

Thach is my real life hero Thach is my real life hero! I joined the coaching calls and saw him patiently answering questions until they fully understand his answers. He doesn't make me think we are wasting his time for our silly questions. He is so different than other real estate coaches out there because he has a golden heart to help people, super motivational and his curse words are the highlight of the calls ;)

HORRIBLE Product & Customer Service HORRIBLE Product & Customer Service! Wouldn’t offer a refund. It’s overpriced and you can find all this info for free on google and YouTube. Don’t waste your time or money! What I paid for: An in depth Real Estate Course to go over how to find off market deals. What I got: Basic overview of kindergarten Real estate concepts, motivational videos, and old unedited lengthy zoom meetings. Its TRASH!!! ————- REPLY to your reply below. It’s definitely not a short version. Theirs hours of unedited zoom meetings that don’t even start until 5-15 min. Take the time and edit your clips. ALSO I emailed for a refund several times and “Jaxon” told me no refunds several times. So I contacted my Credit Card Company.
