Don't wait to join! It took me a while to commit, but I am so glad I joined the SBTW community. I researched many other so-called "mentor programs" but all lacked a quick jump start itinerary. SBTW quickly exposed me to their onboarding platform, then walk me through my 30 day Quick Start Series which provided a wealth of real estate investing knowledge. I was skeptical at first I was skeptical at first, but joining spring board to wealth has given me amazing clarity on my real estate journey and strategy as an investor. The coaching calls are incredibly helpful if you are willing to ask questions and learn. I am so impressed by the capacity of thach, Stephanie and Marc to actually give everyone such detailed answers. Aside from the real estate trainings, the mindset things alone were worth it.

The Real Deal Thach, Marc, and Stephanie are the real deal. I was skeptical about signing up and paying for a mentorship program given that I think the industry & Instagram is flooded with a lot of garbage. However, this program provides you with the knowledge and direct access to achieve results. It's evident from others in the group who have completely changed their lives. You have to put in the work but coaching from Thach, Marc, and Stephanie provides the tools and resources you need. I specifically love the high standards they instill in us as members. Most would not think they are achievable in today's market but this group has shown me it is possible!

If you're looking for a sign, THIS IS IT! The Big Event was my first official experience with SBW & it blew my mind-- A real estate convention evolved into an empowering event. I've only been in this group a couple of months and have learned so much already! They do not treat you like a transaction, SBW Family treats you like family. Anyone can be a coach, but not everyone has the patience or desire to do it well. Thach, Stephanie, and Marc are the 3 musketeers you'll have to meet!

Great course, very informative! It’s been a great course, have to be attentive and listen in to see how each module is applied in practice. Would only suggest a hands on opportunity or chance to put up money in a new deal as a group to see a process from start to finish but all in all it’s an amazing course and you learn a lot.
