Great course, very informative! It’s been a great course, have to be attentive and listen in to see how each module is applied in practice. Would only suggest a hands on opportunity or chance to put up money in a new deal as a group to see a process from start to finish but all in all it’s an amazing course and you learn a lot.

Everyone is super supportive and encouraging, and you gain insight from the entire community through the various forums made available to you. Thach, Mark, and Stephanie are all very responsive and full of insight.

Don't wait to join! It took me a while to commit, but I am so glad I joined the SBTW community. I researched many other so-called "mentor programs" but all lacked a quick jump start itinerary. SBTW quickly exposed me to their onboarding platform, then walk me through my 30 day Quick Start Series which provided a wealth of real estate investing knowledge. So worth it that I don't tell other people about it I joined Springboard in June 2020 and this program has been the best coaching I've ever bought. The modules answered EVERY question I had and the calls are so valuable for skills and mindset. Not to mention I 20x'd my investment in the first 3 months. Springboard is a uniquely close, valuable community for those who take action and contribute to the group.

Don’t waste your time or money! What I paid for: An in depth Real Estate Course to go over how to find off market deals. What I got: Basic overview of kindergarten Real estate concepts, motivational videos, and old unedited lengthy zoom meetings. Its TRASH!!! ————- REPLY to your reply below. It’s definitely not a short version. Theirs hours of unedited zoom meetings that don’t even start until 5-15 min. Take the time and edit your clips. ALSO I emailed for a refund several times and “Jaxon” told me no refunds several times. So I contacted my Credit Card Company.
