Don't wait to join! It took me a while to commit, but I am so glad I joined the SBTW community. I researched many other so-called "mentor programs" but all lacked a quick jump start itinerary. SBTW quickly exposed me to their onboarding platform, then walk me through my 30 day Quick Start Series which provided a wealth of real estate investing knowledge. Great course, very informative! It’s been a great course, have to be attentive and listen in to see how each module is applied in practice. Would only suggest a hands on opportunity or chance to put up money in a new deal as a group to see a process from start to finish but all in all it’s an amazing course and you learn a lot.

The Real Deal Thach, Marc, and Stephanie are the real deal. I was skeptical about signing up and paying for a mentorship program given that I think the industry & Instagram is flooded with a lot of garbage. However, this program provides you with the knowledge and direct access to achieve results. It's evident from others in the group who have completely changed their lives. You have to put in the work but coaching from Thach, Marc, and Stephanie provides the tools and resources you need. I specifically love the high standards they instill in us as members. Most would not think they are achievable in today's market but this group has shown me it is possible!

So worth it that I don't tell other people about it I joined Springboard in June 2020 and this program has been the best coaching I've ever bought. The modules answered EVERY question I had and the calls are so valuable for skills and mindset. Not to mention I 20x'd my investment in the first 3 months. Springboard is a uniquely close, valuable community for those who take action and contribute to the group.

Springboard to Wealth is a great… Springboard to Wealth is a great mentorship program. Highly recommend for all new investors or agents who work with investors. I use so much of what I learned with Springboard for my personal investing, but also to connect with and work with investors. Springboard to Wealth has helped me improve my mindset and have confidence to have good dialogue with sellers.
