GBPuzzling A curious experience. I purchased a product and when I received it, it clearly stated that the product was two years old which is appx. the expiration date for vitamins and supplements. I wrote them to say that for the high price I would expect a fresher product and would either like a return/refund or a return/replacement with a more current manufacture date. I will say they were very pleasant and prompt in refunding my money and they also said they didn’t want me to return it to “help with the environmental cost of returns.” While I appreciate that, I do find it curious that any company wouldn’t want to have a $75 product returned, and I also find it telling that they didn’t offer me a fresher replacement product. That seems to indicate they don’t have any. Be careful…
