GBGreat program Great program, comprehensive material. I don't know why some reviews are so bad - I had a GREAT experience here. They offer different schedules and doing the first part of training online made it so much easier for me. I had a few questions while in online training, and was able to get my questions answered by the staff at SisuCare. I highly recommend!!

GBDo not ever use this school Do not ever use this school. They lack organization and the teacher was horrible. I was in the first 3 days of my class online and was advised by my instructor to pick up the pace in a very nasty and unprofessional way. No hi can I help you with anything or formal introduction. It was appalling. SisuCare was being paid for by my employer so I thought this was a great opportunity. It takes 10-14 days to get your scrubs and you cannot order the scrubs till you finish the 8th module on the online theory course So they literally want you to cram the first 8 modules in by the 2nd day because you must have your scrubs for your clinicals on the 15th day. If you miss this deadline they will charge you $400 to reschedule your clinicals. Some of these modules are long and you cannot miss more than 1 or 2 questions or you have to retake the test. I also had all kinds of online issues with the course material. Also no one told me prior to starting that I would need my original social security card. It’s part of the mandatory onboarding process. If you have to go get a new one it takes 2 weeks to get it in the mail. If you don’t make the deadline by the time your online theory is done then your clinicals have to be rescheduled. You then have to pay a $400 fee. Do yourself a favor, go to a real school like the community college so you can actually get trained in an appropriate time span with people who respect you. 4 weeks is not enough time for online theory and clinicals and this school should be a minimum of 6-8 weeks like all other schools. The teachers are ruthless at forcing you to work at an unacceptable accelerated pace. If you are becoming a CNA to go LVN I suggest you just go straight into school for LVN. With the way I was treated I could tell that CNAs are not treated well in the industry and if I learned anything from this experience is that you need to feel comfortable and welcomed at the place you train. This place was a hard NO for me.
