With a wide array of knowledge about cocktails and their history, Dr Sunshine does a fantastic job of both helping you make a delicious cocktail and teaching you something new along the way! Dr Sunshine does a great job of providing you with a list of materials needed before the class, and is super knowledgeable and able to provide alternatives on the fly if there was something that you happened to forget. With such a friendly and enjoyable teacher, it is difficult to not have fun at this class!

Dr Sunshine is the most knowledgeable, fun, and passionate teacher who will not only show you how to make some AWESOME beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), but will also teach you the history and background of each key component. These classes are appropriate whether you're an experienced bartender, a casual drink-maker, or brand new to mixing drinks. I have never asked a question that he can't answer. These virtual cocktail classes are the best option for an educational and fun way to connect with friends in the same room or on the computer screen. Dr Sunshine will send you a list of ingredients to pick up, but will also give plenty of options to use things that you already have in your cupboard if you can't find an ingredient or forget to pick it up.
