GBI ordered 6 months of SketchBox for my… I ordered 6 months of SketchBox for my 12-year very artistic grandson. He loved the boxes and the results were outstanding artwork. I also had two communications with Mike, in their customer service department. His response was very quick and excellent. I am considering purchasing another series of boxes for my grandaughter.

GBI have purchased subscription boxes I am a consumer of art supplies. I have purchased 5 art boxes since September 2021. The subscription service is flexible. If I email a request to pause my subscription, the service is paused. I also purchased two art boxes as a gift in May 2022. The gift purchases arrived on time to my family member. Based upon these experiences, and the variety of art boxes received, I rate my experience as a consumer with this company favorably. Finally, this review is my own. CAWhat an incredible subscription We subscribed to Sketchbox for 6 months as a Christmas gift for our daughter. A few years later and we’re still going. This subscription far exceeded expectations. The quality and variety of items is incredible. There are high end items our daughter would never buy for herself due to cost. Because of this subscription she was able to experience the difference quality art supplies can make. Not just that but really branch out and try mediums she may have never picked up. Every box has been worth more than the monthly subscription cost as well. If you are thinking of a subscription - do it! You won’t be disappointed.

GBI love SketchBox! SketchBox is amazing! Every month I'm so excited to see what medium I'll be working with. SketchBox does such a great job introducing me to new items I never would have thought to have tried on my own. The tutorial videos are such a big help too! Nikoli is the best!

GBOnly received half of contents I ordered a 6 month subscription for my 11 yr old son as his Christmas present, and knowing the box would not get to us in time for Christmas, I also ordered a past premium box so he would have something to open on Christmas morning. Imagine his dismay when we opened our very first ever sketchbox, and we only received half of the supplies that were supposed to be included in the box. Half! You can clearly see the contents that were provided vs the menu card labeled with what we were supposed to receive. We cannot do any of the projects taught in the online tutorial that comes with the premium box! I spent $35 (not to mention shipping costs, bc they do charge you for that too) on 2 markers, a colored pencil and some paper?!?!? I say save your money, and try a different art box. I wish we had! I sent customer service an email and haven't heard anything from them.
