But unfortunately, I cannot use these said samples due to being female. I ordered at the end of November and I never received my order. I've tried to contact the company a couple times now with no answers. And the "tracking number" doesn't work. Pretty sure I'm out on $200 and never going to see the product 😒

First time customer. I was notified of my order being shipped on 1 April. As of yet, I have had a positive experience with this company, easy check out, and plenty of email updates regarding order status. The emails do say 10-15 BUSINESS days for items to arrive, that's right on par with a lot of the 1-1.5 month arrival times some reviews mention (considering the 3-5 business day processing).
