GBDont pay the 10K- gives you nothings Paid for a tax deed and liens class. They sold the idea of making millions of dollars, the program cost $10,000 You get nothing. There is zero benefit of paying 10K. NO mentorship. You get a website that is outdated and free entry into some seminars that you have to travel to. I am glad I went to the class, but I paid for that as well.
