GBThis company is a joke!! This company is a joke!!! I ordered semaglutite on November 14th and even paid extra $100 for overnight shipping. Total I spent was $349. Almost Christmas and I still haven’t received anything. They ghosted me for almost 3 weeks, no response either to my texts or voice mail. Then they sent me an email I will be getting my order and still nothing. I had to dispute the purchase. Please do not give them any money!!!!!!

GBHorrible Experience, Negligent Provider I am a current patient of this business and I am so disappointed in their lack of customer service. I started with The Weightloss Center in September 2023 after finding the business through an online search. In the beginning, the service was great. I met with a physician over the phone, paid for my medication and it was sent to me rather quickly. However, after this initial experience, service has gone downhill drastically. When you start, you're told you will have access to a physician and health coach. I have not been prompted in the 4 months I've been on the medication for any appts with a health coach and I have not received any push to meet with the physician again to see how I'm doing. In fact, no one at this company has reached out to me to see how I'm doing. I could have lost zero weight at this point and they would have no idea of my status. Every refill, I have to call to talk to someone because the refill is delayed. Most recently last month, I was advised they were changing compounding pharmacies due to a semaglutide shortage. When I received my medicine from the new pharmacy, I noticed it did not contain the same ingredients previous orders have. No indication of the medication being made with energy vitamins like in previous orders. I have drastically noticed a difference in my energy level now that this is not being added. I am in need of a refill now. I have texted and called their "VIP" line multiple times with no response. Today, I tried calling their regular customer service phone number listed on their website and it was disconnected. I am starting to feel like this company shut down and didn't provide any update to their customers. I've paid for 2 months of medication I have not received... $500 worth! This is negligent to their customers as a medical provider. Please do not use this business.

GBGood Product, Bad Service The good: easy to get a prescription and they send a good quality product at a good price. The bad: they'll love bomb you to get you to sign up, then ghost you. It can take a full week of phone calls, emails, and text messages to get any response. They don't automatically send refills and it can take two weeks to get a response then get the medication. Questions? Don't expect an answer or support. Out of meds? Too bad and don't expect any communication.

GBThey charged me twice and never sent me… They charged me twice and never sent me a single thing. Kept telling me it would be 3-5 more work days for processing. After a month of waiting they charged me again. Phone numbers don't work and no one will chat back on website 100% scam
