The ordering process went quite smothly and the website is easy to navigate which is a pls that they had done well in. Also the response time to any queries was good. Nevertheless I wasnt entirely happy with the so called 'expert advice' that I recieved as I found it to be a bi vauge. This was strange becase the website states they have plenty of "experts". Overal, I recieved what I ordered so I cant really complane too much.

So HAPPY! 51 lbs gone! I am so happy that I decided to try this program. I have lost 51 lbs and feel so much better! I was skeptical but this really works! Friendly, helpful customer service also makes this program easy to use! Try it! It definitely worked (and continues) to work for me!

This is a scam--never received the meds! This is a scam! They took our money and we never received the product! We waited and waited and when a box came our kids put it in the refrigerator and when we got home we looked and it was not the product. It was clothing! The meds never came! Do not let this company scam you also! Look at many of the other TP reviews. Many of the 5 stars might be their own bogus reviews-who knows!

I was unable to reach anyone for help… I was unable to reach anyone for help by phone and email to get my prescription filled for over a month. I finally got someone to answer my email and my prescription was ordered and said I would receive it the middle of the next week, it has been over two weeks and I have not received it yet. I have been three week without my prescription. This is so disappointing!!
