I was truly hesitant about sending my phone in, I had already been scammed once and didn't want to make that same mistake again (sold a phone that was later blacklisted). The SellLocked site came up in a Google search and seemed too good to be true. They asked approximately 5 questions regarding the phone and I answered accordingly. The estimate was quickly generated and then a shipping label was provided (about what you'd expect for a trade-in; sent in iPhone 13 Pro Max). I took pics of my phone and its condition prior to shipping it out, along with totally overdoing the packaging (bubble wrap, shrink wrap and ziplocked). Within 1 business day of receiving my phone, I had the initial estimate provided by SellLocked in my Venmo account. Amazing and sad at the same time, but we live in a world where people and businesses typically don't keep their word...This was not the case in this scenario. 5 stars all-around!
