KB reached out to confirm some information and it turns out I had used the wrong email address previously, so my address was adjusted on that profile, not the one that I actually use, so it was ME who had the lack of attention to detail! :P Top tier responsiveness and service. Highly recommend. So far my experience with KB3D has been excellent. Things have shipped within 24 hours of ordering. The products are rather niche and limited but they are ever growing their inventory and what they stock are popular and top-quality items. I am far more comfortable purchasing from them than somewhere abroad and their prices are very competitive. I generally have done my research and know what I want before perusing their storefront. That being said, I really appreciate the extra effort in the descriptions and support information.
