OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE Mariah and the staff at “CB WORLD” provided me with excellent customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable and informative about the products they sell. They are very courteous and respectful to their customers. They did the right thing by me when there was an issue with my cb radio antenna. They corrected they issue immediately! When it comes to my cb radio needs, it’s “CB WORLD” for me! I highly recommend them for professional customer service!

Please don't us UPS. After a bit of a wait for the stuff i ordered due to UPS delivery, not properly dropping the package off at the correct address and then waiting for the claim i filed to UPS for there unsuccessful delivery to the proper address! Claim was paid by UPS to CB World and then CB world dispatched the order again with FEDEX which was a successful delivery by FEDEX. So the product was packaged nicely and after unpacking my Wilson speaker, it did have a scratch on the top of the speaker, speaker sounds good but sucks its scratched up a bit! ***Please don't use UPS when i order from you again in the future! I was going to give a 4 1/2 star but decided it was not CB worlds fault for the scratched speaker i hope! Semper Fi 73s

Mariah is very knowledgeable and… Mariah is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is very good at customer service and understanding customer needs. If she does not have the answer, she is not shy to put you on hold and find the answer. She also makes sure you are comfortable in your purchase.

I dare you to find better service! The level of help and support given while making a purchase decision was exemplary - I challenge you to find better. These folks really cared about me as a first time customer with an off the wall need. They showed up, were communicative throughout, and were friendly to boot!
