Throwlights Customer Support is fantastic Throwlights Customer Support is extremely prompt in responding to any question or concern I have had. For example: - I had a light lose some of it's functionality and I messaged them asking for advice. After briefly explaining the issue, they immediately made my set whole again by shipping another light to me. This was all within hours, and well outside normal business hours. - I ordered the wrong batteries with my Apollo V2's, so I created a separate order with the correct ones. Afte reaching out to them, they took the initiative and asked me if I would like to combine the orders (and save shipping). Would recommend if you are getting back into, or just starting to glove.

Ahhh helllll yeah Ok, everything is amazing. First of all.... The emergency light show setting is golden humor. Thank you The chips are much easier to stay out of the way. Batteries last forever. Soooo many settings I'm not sure I know them all yet. Fantastic product.

Great service One of my lights broke and I emailed them asking which chip to buy as a replacement and they offered to replace it free of charge and pay for part of the shipping. In addition, one of the white gloves I bought turned out to be smaller than expected and they put in an extra pair along with my next order, which was very nice of them. Overall, I had a great experience and Andrew was very quick to reply.
