GBBought a refrigerator unit Bought a refrigerator unit. Three days later call to return it without even opening or installing the unit, package was as original and they didn't want to receive it back. Only if they charge a 25% restocking fee. Very convenient for them. I also try to change it for the unit that i really needed and pay for the difference but then they were 1000 dollars over the price of the unit in different competitors.

CAGreat online service Great online service. Part was showing in stock on line but was not available. Follow up by phone was much appreciated but shipping went via FedEx ground vs UPS, not really sure why. Good recovery though and parts received ok. I have the app and have used / will use again.
